User data deletion

This process is for people who connected their Meta (Facebook) account to Codexty CRM so an agency could attach Pages and Lead Ads. It is also for anyone whose Facebook user data we stored as part of that OAuth connection (app-scoped user ID, name, email if granted, and tokens).

Do one of the following:

• Email crm@codexty.com with subject line “Codexty CRM data deletion”. Include the email on the Facebook account you used to connect, the agency name if you know it, and — if you have it — your Facebook user ID.
• If you still have CRM access, open Admin → Meta Lead Ads and disconnect the Meta account and any attached Pages. That removes stored tokens for that connection.
• In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove Codexty CRM, and send a deletion request if Facebook offers that option.

When we confirm the request we delete or irreversibly disconnect:

• The Meta user connection for that Facebook user in the relevant organization (app-scoped ID, name, email if stored, encrypted user token).
• Page access tokens and Page attachments created from that connection, where they are not still required by another authorized connection in the same organization.

Lead records created from Instant Forms are agency business records. We do not wipe an agency's lead list solely because one staff member disconnects Meta, unless that agency also asks us to close the organization or delete specific leads.

We aim to complete confirmed requests within 30 days. We will reply with a confirmation and a short status note. If we cannot delete something (for example a legal hold or data we never stored), we will say so in that reply.
