Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Codexty CRM collects when you visit ccrm.uk, request access, or connect Meta ads and Pages inside the product.
Who we are
Codexty CRM is a real-estate lead CRM operated from this site (https://ccrm.uk). Contact for privacy requests: crm@codexty.com.
What this product does with Meta
Agency admins can connect a Meta (Facebook) account using Facebook Login for Business, attach Facebook Pages, ingest Instant Form / Lead Ads submissions, and send conversion feedback to Meta via the Conversions API. We do not use the consumer Facebook Login product.
Information we collect
Marketing site. If you request access we collect name, work email, agency, optional message, and a source tag. Submissions go to FormBase for Codexty to follow up. We do not run advertising pixels on this marketing site.
CRM accounts. Invite users have a username, email, role, organization, team membership, and session data (including IP and user agent when recorded).
Meta connection. When an admin connects Meta we receive the Facebook user's app-scoped ID, display name, and — if granted — email. We store encrypted user and Page access tokens, Page IDs and names, Instant Form IDs used for routing, and optional CRM dataset IDs for conversion events.
Lead Ads data. When a Page is connected, Instant Form submissions may include fields the form owner configured (typically name, phone, email, and other questions). We store those as lead records for the agency, plus Meta page/form identifiers and status history.
How we use information
- Provide invite-based CRM access and support.
- Authenticate the connecting Meta user and list Pages they can manage.
- Ingest Lead Ads, assign leads to teams/agents, and show follow-up queues.
- Send conversion/status events back to Meta when an agency configures a CRM dataset.
- Secure the service, debug failures, and meet legal duties.
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors that host the product (including FormBase for waitlist submissions) and with Meta when an agency connects Pages or when conversion events are sent. Agency staff see lead and connection data for their organization only. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Waitlist submissions are kept until we handle the request or you ask us to delete them. CRM and Meta connection data is kept while the organization uses the product. Encrypted tokens are removed when an admin disconnects the Meta account or Page. Lead records remain with the agency unless they delete them or request account closure.
Your choices and deletion
Connecting users can disconnect Meta inside Codexty CRM (Admin → Meta Lead Ads) and can remove the app from Facebook Settings → Apps and websites. For a written deletion request, follow User data deletion. That page is the instructions URL for Meta App settings.
Children
Codexty CRM is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
